Found this at my local supermarket, it's delicious and also easy to cook.
So similar to Chinese scallion pancake, but thinner. I got the onion flavor and love it.

Pan fried it on a non-sticky pan with oil and medium fire |
Finished product on cookie sheet to absorb any excess oil |

I ate this before, they had free sample made at the fortune supermarket. I was a bitch, who went around eating those free samples because I was too cheap to buy one.
ReplyDeleteWow, they came out great!
ReplyDeleteThey go really well with Lipton milk tea :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the suggestion, will try it next time. I ate it with green tea, it's a good combo as well :)
ReplyDeleteAre they costly? I should try it with Lipton and or green tea. Green tea and oily food goes great.... green tea decreased the oil.
ReplyDeleteNo, it's less than $2 per pack.
